Mental Health Training for Managers
A workshop for managers to improve mental health skills. It helps them address mental health challenges at work and provides a safe space for sharing experiences, particularly with stressed and burnt-out team members. The workshop has three parts:
A lecture on recognising mental health signs in yourself and others, reducing stigma, and learning to support struggling team members.
Case studies where participants practice starting conversations and helping colleagues with mental health issues.
A reflection and discussion on identifying key stressors in their workplace and applying the learned content.
Wellbeing Champion Training
To equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to promote and support the well-being of individuals in the workplace. Wellbeing champions are individuals who take an active role in fostering positive mental health and overall well-being within their respective environments.
