Daniele has created a completely unique process where theory, methods and techniques can easily be assimilated and most importantly, interiorised through practice and experience.
He has studied at great length macrobiotic, vegetarian, vegan and raw food diets, and has developed a process to harness the different qualities of food and balancing of their energies.
He personally practices and teaches mindfulness, breathing and sound techniques, concentration and meditation, combining the teachings of various eastern traditions from China, Japan and India with the lesser known Essenes and Zarathustra.
The strong theme underlying all the principles of all his teachings is balance; finding and maintaining it. By in rooting in our physical bodies and understanding our mind and emotions, we can fulfill our potential.
